Nor'easter (Stella) Vermont 2017

Nor'easter Vermont Style

                              Nor'easter Stella,

Let it snow Let it snow.

We stocked up on essentials

ready to weather the storm.

Nor'easter, Nor'easter

you can bury us now

we have vitals and drink

                                 to last us until Easter.

OOPS, forgot one key essential!

Now we are cooking!

                                 Pour on the wood

Now what shall we do with all this time inside by a warm fire?

                                   Do you smell chocolate?

Time to plunge into a snowbank -
                                      with minimal attire!

                                         Chocolate and bourbon

-->
                                         hot toasting fire
                                         hugs, hugs, bear hugs
as we watch the snow twirl and swirl
                                         from inside
                                         as the snowy white blanket
                                         quiets our stirring
                                         for spring
                                         temporarily.

Much more snow to come
Somebody go back out and get
a yardstick
and more
Chocolate
and
Bourbon.
